Ticket Ordering and Distribution

TICKET ORDERING

We invite all of our Disability Studies majors and minors to order tickets and participate in the celebration. To offer every student attending a fair chance to bring guests due to a limited venue capacity, we are implementing a waitlist system and ticket limits.

All students participating in the Disability Studies Graduation are required to order tickets through MyUCLA for themselves as well as their guests to make sure there are enough seats.

We will strive to include as many students and guests as possible up to the capacity of the venue.

Disability Studies Majors

  • Major students are guaranteed two guest tickets. They may also request two additional tickets for the waitlist which will be approved (total of 4 guest tickets).

Disability Studies Minors

  • Minor students are guaranteed two guest tickets. They may also request two additional tickets for the waitlist.

Additional Tickets

  • For students who request above the four tickets for majors or above the two for minors, a separate process for additional tickets will be communicated in late May.

TICKET ORDERING ON MYUCLA: Friday, May 9, 2025 – Friday, May 23, 2025

Important Action: Complete the Senior Survey by selecting to opt-in or opt-out of the survey. Responding to the survey activates your online ticket ordering option (available starting May 9, 2025).

TICKET DISTRIBUTION

TICKET DISTRIBUTION: Friday, May 30, 2025 – Friday, June 13, 2025

  • The Central Ticket Office (CTO) sends the tickets via email from cto@tickets.ucla.edu. Their messages contain the links for you to receive your electronic tickets. Please check that your email is accurate on MyUCLA, and check your email account’s SPAM folder frequently to be sure you do not overlook these important messages.
